Dr Maxine Szramka is available for Independent Medical Assessments and for reports for the NDIS on the Gold Coast QLD and Ballina NSW.  She is able to provide reports as required upon receipt of the questions that the NDIS require to be answered. Dr Maxine is also able to provide desktop file review and reports  for the NDIS if required.
